About Uncle Tong Siu Mai:
For decades, Uncle Tong has been passionate about traditional dim sum, creating countless delicious bites for restaurants all over Hong Kong. His siu mai is a crowd favourite, loved for its rich flavour and satisfying texture.
When the pandemic hit in early 2020, Uncle Tong had more time with family. His son tasted his dad's siu mai again and remembered the joy it brought during family meals. Inspired by those memories, they decided to launch the "Uncle Tong Siu Mai" brand, sharing these beloved flavours with everyone and keeping the family tradition alive.
