Chewy Soba Noodles from Yamagata

Japan’s Yamagata soba is famed for its bouncy texture. Located in the northern part of Yamagata prefecture, Souji Seimen Factory grows buckwheat using water from streams of the nearby Mount Kamuro. The result are chewy noodles with rich aroma and taste of buckwheat. Try their white soba noodles and green tea soba noodles.
