Anejo (Spanish) means 'Aged'. Barrel aged in smaller batches for 18 months in American white-oak barrels. (Aged over 12 months can be classified as Anejo) Nose: Alluringly fragrant aged Tequila that has a fresh blend of nuts, vanilla, caramel; some notes of ripe red fruit (cherry, strawberry) also come through. Taste: Wonderfully complex with expressions of vanilla and oaky butterscotch notes. Finish: Bright and lightly spiced finish with the essence of wild honey in the background for a rewarding long finale.
