In honour of Louis XIV, who fostered champagne’s worldwide popularity, the cuvée Roy Soleil made from 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay parcels in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger.
The delicate and elegant nose opens up to candied fruit (citrus, apricot) and gingerbread. Creamy bubbles, full of ripe citrus and mineral flavours on the palate. This champagne offers a lovely freshness and a lasting finish.
