Founded in 1728, almost 300 years on, the brewery is still producing the amazing, exceptional cyder at the original Aspall Cyder House. The beautiful apple and blackberry create a sweetish palate for this cyder, with the good acid balance and a long soft fruit finish. It goes well with duck and hoisin sauce, smoked salmon dishes and sharp fruit-based puddings.
