11.11 Singles' Day Online Shopping Festival 2019

1. The promotion codes are applicable to purchases at city’super e-Shop between 00:00 and 23:59 on 11 November 2019 only.

2. The promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other super e-gold card promotional offers or discounts.

3. The member promotion codes are not applicable to discounted products.

4. Products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Photos are for reference only.

5. Promotion codes are available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.

6. The promotion codes cannot be used to purchase city’super gift card, city’super shopping voucher or discount products, or used to top up super e card or pay for delivery charges

7. Only one promotion code can be used per transaction.

8. Cancelled transactions or refunds will result in the automatic deduction of loyalty points and accumulated spending from the purchase, including any extra loyalty points and accumulated spending earned from specific promotions. The discount code will not be returned.

9. Members are required to login at the city’super eShop (online.citysuper.com.hk) in order to earn loyalty points and accumulate spending. No retrospective arrangements will be made.

10. City Super Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this offer without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of dispute.
