Our home delivery service is available for following areas (except outlying islands).

Super e-gold member: Order HK$400 or above, Free Delivery. Order below HK$400, HK$100 delivery charge is needed.

• Applicable to single address only. Home Delivery Service is available for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Chek Lap Kok, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Disneyland (excluding outlying islands and restricted area in airport).
• For unsuccessful delivered orders, our team will contact you by next day for the re-delivery arrangement and extra HK$100 will be charged.
• Should the merchandise be found detective, exchange of merchandise may be arranged provided that customer informs us at 2736 3866 within 2 days of receiving it. The original receipt and the defective merchandise are required as a proof of purchase. No exchange or refund will be accepted thereafter.
• Delivery will be suspended if Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 (or above) is hoisted.
• city’super has appointed Yamato Logistics (HK) Ltd to handle the delivery service.

Enjoy free same day delivery service*for any purchase of HK$800 or above at city'super stores from Monday to Friday.

Full Implementation of the Plastic Shopping Bag Charging Scheme

To reduce the use of plastic bags, the full implementation of the Environmental Protection Department's Plastic Shopping Bag Charging Scheme will commence at all retail outlets on 1 April 2015. Our company will no longer provide free plastic bags, and customers should pay HK$0.5 for each plastic-handle bag and flat-top bag provided. For exempted items such as chilled and frozen foods, and foods in non-airtight packaging, only lat-top bags will be provided.
