The Orchid range from winery, it is the flagship range made from premium parcels of estate grown fruit. The grapes are harvested early in the morning when they are at their coolest. The juice is gently separated from the skins, clarified and slowly fermented with careful temperature control. The wine is bottled young, offering the freshness of the amazing Frankland River fruit.
