Philippe Gonet dates from 1783. Using only natural and traditional approach for winemaking.
Their vineyards are located in 11 plots – only Grands Crus and Premiers Crus.
The name of 3210 means that it is made from single variety (Chardonnay) from two plots of vineyards, Le Mesniland Montgueuxwith zero dosage. Hence, it will be released after 3 years of ageing.
Lively bubbles leaving a cordon of creamy and lasting mousse. Toasted pastry nose with delicate butter aroma and floral notes of iris and lime-tree. Supple and ripe fruit palate with notes of candied apricot and peach. Freshness and length of its finish.
