Beloved contemporary French-style dessert outlet Le Dessert has landed at city'super Harbour City store. One of its co-founders has worked at various Michelin-three-starred restaurants and five-star hotels, and is now ready to delight dessert lovers with an array of creative sweet delights.
Le Dessert's products are made fresh every day, and their whipping cream comes from the Normandie region in France – no sugar is added to ensure lightness. Here are two signature products and one exclusive item you should definitely try!
Antoinette Pavlova
The base is a unique, melt-in-your-mouth meringue, which is topped with a Chantilly cream made of French milk cream from Normandie, as well as fresh mixed berries, mango, passion fruit and strawberry coulis for the ultimate Parisian taste.
In-a-jar Lemon Tart
A creative reimagination of the traditional lemon tart, In-a-jar Lemon Tart ensures the freshness of ingredients and allows customers to enjoy this dessert on the go. Each In-a-jar Lemon Tart is made fresh daily. The jars are reusable and recyclable, so customers can keep them or return them to store.
