Baked Sanma with Honey and Apple Purée
Ingredients
- Sanma 1pc
- Apple 1pc
- Ice Water
- Honey 1tbsp
- Soy sauce 1/2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1tbsp
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
Steps
- Slightly marinate sanma with salt and black pepper.
- Preheat oven at 190oC. Put sanma to pan with olive oil. Bake sanma for 15 to 18 minutes.
- Mix all dressing and enjoy with sanma.
