Pear & Spinach Salad
Ingredients
- Pear 3pc
- Spinach 125g
- Pine nuts 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Lemon peel 1/2 tbsp
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
- Olive oil
Steps
- Combine whole lemon juice, lemon peel, honey, mustard seeds and olive oil. Set aside.
- Peel and slice pears.
- Combine all ingredients and dressing in mixing bowl. Toss well. Serve cold.
