Main ingredients: Grilled flying fish (yaki-ago) from Hirado, Nagasaki, plus five other Japanese dashi ingredients

Seasoning: Soy sauce

How to Use: Place one sachet in 500ml of water and let it soak for about 5 minutes. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then simmer over medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes. Remove the sachet before use.
