FUNDOKIN Ponzu Citrus Vinegar (360mL)

This product is a ponzu citrus vinegar made with kabosu juice, a speciality of Oita. It features a refreshing acidity with a bright, citrusy aroma. The flavour is light yet well-balanced, enhancing a wide range of dishes. Ideal as a dipping or dressing sauce for hot pot, gyoza, tofu, grilled meat, salads and grilled fish.
