GENTILE Artisanal Pasta di Gragnano IGP - Eliche (500g)

The selected semolina wheat used in this pasta is strictly of Italian origin and of the best quality. Bronze cut pasta molds create a rough and porous texture much like homemade pasta. Eliche is also known as fusilli and is a cork-screw shaped pasta, ideal for pairing with a thicker sauce like marinara or meat sauce, but it is commonly used in pasta salads.
