Located in Wakayama, where is known as the birthplace of soy sauce, HORIKAWAYANOMURA has a history of more than 300 years, is one of the oldest soy sauce factories. Without using gas, the brand is simply cooking the soybeans on a wood fire, and brewing in an ancient traditional way. Made with whole soybeans and wheat from Hokkaido, this soy sauce is rich in flavour and aroma. Perfect for sashimi, it is also recommended for stews, soup base, and more.
