KANESHICHI Natural Dashi Soup Stock Pack (10 x 8g)

Type: Dashi Pack (Tea-bag style)

Main ingredients: Bonito flakes, dried sardines, kelp, shiitake mushrooms, and dried horse mackerel

Seasoning: No added seasoning (natural only)

How to Use: Place the dashi sachet in a pot with 400–500ml of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for 4–5 minutes. Turn off the heat and remove the sachet.

Recommended Use: Miso soup, hot pot, oden, and other Japanese-style soups
