MARUTAI Nagasaki Fried Noodle (140g)

This Nagasaki-style fried noodle features crispy thin noodles fried in 100% vegetable oil, paired with a thick, savoury ankake sauce. The sauce is made from meat and seafood extracts, blended with soy sauce, sugar, and spices for a rich and well-balanced flavour. Suitable as a hearty main dish with meat and vegetables.

Cooking Instructions

1. Dissolve the sauce packet in 180 mL of water. Loosen the noodles and place on a plate.

2. Stir-fry meat and vegetables over medium heat for about 3 minutes.

3. Add the prepared sauce and cook for about 1 minute until thickened.

4. Pour over the noodles and serve.
