Since 1948, Michel Cluizel, French Chocolatier, has been handcrafting chocolate from bean to bar with pure cane sugar, cocoa butter, Bourbon vanilla pod and never using any soy or artificial flavourings. The high cocoa content of this chocolate bar makes it intense, yet perfectly balanced with a few hints of roasted chestnut and slightly tangy roasted coffee.
