Part of the Sai-no-Takumi series, it uses a specialized vegetable dashi base layered with meat stock to bring out the natural sweetness of your ingredients. The result is a light yet deeply flavorful broth that makes vegetables taste exceptional and warms you to the core.

 

Preparation:

1. Shake the pouch well, pour into a pot, and bring to a light boil. Add all ingredients except for the mizuna greens.

2. Once the ingredients are cooked through, add the remaining mizuna and bring to a quick boil to finish.
