While designed for direct use—perfect for cold soba or udon without any dilution—it is a versatile seasoning that can be adjusted to your preference. For cold somen or hiyamugi, simply dilute with cold water as desired. When serving hot soba or udon, a 1:2 ratio of sauce to water is recommended, and for rice bowls (Donburi), you can create a perfect base by mixing the sauce with sugar and water at a 1:0.1:0.1 ratio.
