Japanese Shishitou Pepper (1pack)

Shishitou peppers produced in Kochi Prefecture have a fresh herbaceous flavour and a crunchy taste. They are suitable for sautéing, roasting, baking, pan-frying and deep-frying. It can be a wonderful snack pairing to Sake, beer and wines, just simply sprinkle some sea salt and olive oil on top, then bake in the oven!
