Preparation:

1. Shake the pouch well, pour into a pot, and bring to a boil.

2. Add chicken and, as it begins to boil again, carefully skim off any foam from the surface.

3. Add vegetables, tofu, and other favorite ingredients, and simmer until cooked through.

4. Enjoy with ponzu sauce and seasonings according to your preference.

5. For the perfect finish, use the remaining savory broth to make a comforting rice porridge (Zosui).
