TSUSHIMA Bolied Shijimi Clam (150g)

These natural shijimi clams are harvested from Lake Ogawara and come in a convenient, ready-to-use boiled form. The clams are thoroughly cleaned and purged of sand, allowing you to prepare delicious miso soup even on a busy morning.

 

To make miso soup, dissolve miso in 300–400 mL of boiling water, add the clams with their broth, and turn off the heat. You can easily prepare enough for 4 to 5 servings.
