How does Dedicated Phone Ordering Services work?

Follow these simple steps to enjoy this dedicated service at city’super: 

1. Get your shopping list ready and call 852-2277 3288 during Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm.
2. Tell our customer services specialists the product reference numbers or categories you wish to order. Not sure about the brands or other details? No problem! Help is at hand because our customer services specialists can propose a variety of options based on your wish list.
3. Our customer services specialists shall contact you by Phone or Email to finalise your order arrangement. After confirming the details, you will receive an e-mail from us with an online payment link. With this, you are welcome to settle the payment online at home without the trouble of coming to our stores in person.
4. You may pick up the order from city’super Customer Collection Point or have it professionally delivered to your home.
