ALEJANDRO Spicy Chorizo (200g)

A family-run business in La Rioja, northern Spain, over the years, it has been producing the its excellent products with tradition and know-how inherited for generations. The iconic product from the brand, this spicy Chorizo made using only meat from the shoulder, belly and jaw combined with hot smoked paprika and subsequently dried for a couple of weeks. It can either be cooked or eaten on its own.
