This sukiyaki sauce is made using a slow-cooked, matured soy-based base to develop a rich and mellow flavour. Blended with hon mirin and three types of sugar, it offers a refined sweetness with deep umami. Suitable for sukiyaki, as well as for simmered dishes and rice bowls.
