The bright aroma of yuzu creates a refreshing taste, and adding a squeeze of extra citrus such as yuzu or lemon enhances it even further.

Cooking tip:

Add the non-fried curly noodles to about 500 mL of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes while adjusting the heat to prevent boiling over. Squeeze in the soup base, bring briefly to a simmer, and serve.

For toppings, sauté your favourite vegetables in olive oil—or simply use fresh vegetables for a lighter dish.
