Using fresh bonito of the highest quality, each piece is carefully processed by hand and gently smoked with oak, cherry, and other hardwoods. This creates the refined aroma of Mai Sakura katsuobushi, carrying a delicate hint of sweetness. The bonito is then evenly dried, and each block is shaved with care. The freshly shaved flakes are immediately packed to preserve their flavour. Available in 10 individual sachets of 2g each.
