此款創新風格的粉末型素麵汁，只需與清水混合即可使用。採用日本產鰹魚乾粉、北海道昆布粉及香菇精華粉，風味濃郁、香氣十足，突顯出完美平衡的日式高湯味道。
每 100ml 清水加入約 1包，攪拌至完全溶解即可使用。
