白巧克力與抹茶巧克力擠花
1. Break ROYCE’ Chocolate White Bar into small pieces and place into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir and repeat until the chocolate is smooth and thoroughly melted. Let cool, add whipping cream and stir until smooth.
2. 將 (1) 分成兩等份。在其中一份加入抹茶粉,攪拌至沒有微粒。
3. 冷藏 (1) 及 (2) 一小時。
組裝及裝飾:
1. 將白朱古力與抹茶朱古力擠花許分別裝入兩個擠花袋中。
2. On top of each mini cake, pipe frosting of choice, add ROYCE’ Pure Chocolate, Christmas cookies and sprinkles as deco according to your preference.
3. 放涼直至朱古力凝固。
