購物禮遇

1. Shopping privileges are not applicable to discounted or specified items or counters. Purchases of city’super Gift Cards or Shopping Vouchers, stored value top-up, delivery charges and gift-wrapping charges are not regarded as relevant transactions. Please refer to in-store price tags and promotional materials for more details.

2. super e-gold 及 super e 尊享會員優惠適用於香港各門市分店及網上商店。 super e-gold 會員可於2022年12月6日至10日親臨門市分店，或於2022年12月6日上午10時至12月10日晚上11時59分在網上商店享受指定尊享會員優惠。所有super e會員可於2022年12月7日至10日親臨門市分店，或於2022年12月7日上午10時至12月10日晚上11時59分在網上商店享受指定會員優惠。

3. 所有Winterfest之尊享會員優惠不可與已折扣貨品、指定貨品或專櫃，及其他推廣優惠/優惠券同時使用。以上優惠逾期無效，及恕不接受追溯申請。

額外獎賞積分

1. super e-gold members can enjoy triple loyalty points on their net spending at city’super, LOG-ON, cookedDeli and E-Shop from 6 –10 December 2022. Nintendo and PlayStation® products are excluded.

2. super e members can enjoy double loyalty points on their net spending at city’super, LOG-ON, cookedDeli and E-Shop from 7 - 10 December 2022. Nintendo Switch and PlayStation® products are excluded.

3. super e會員須於分店付款前出示有效的會員卡或網上商店結算前登入會籍，方可累積消費紀錄及賺取積分。

4. 獎賞積分及消費紀錄將於購物後36小時內更新。恕不接受任何於交易後之積分補領。

5. 所有已取消的交易或購物退款，因應該次消費而獲得的獎賞積分將會自動扣除，包括因指定推廣計劃而額外獲得之獎賞積分。

6. Purchases of city’super Gift Cards or Shopping Vouchers, stored value top-up, delivery charges, plastic shopping bag charges and gift-wrapping charges are not eligible for loyalty points or accumulated spending.

super e-gold 尊享體驗工作坊

1. super e-gold members will receive an email invitation to enroll online for the exclusive workshops held at superlife culture club at city’super Times Square store, or at city’super Harbour City store. Limited places; registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis. Please refer to the registration page for details.

2. 每位super e-gold會員可免費報名參加一個工作坊。由於名額有限，所有工作坊不提供額外名額給會員親友。每個報名只限預留一個席位。 

3. 我們將核實所有會員登記資料。系統將發送確認電郵予成功登記的會員。

4. 合資格super e-gold會員敬請於活動開始前至少10分鐘到達現場報到。會員參加活動時必須出示有效會員卡及確認短訊。

5. 按照政府《預防及控制疾病條例》（第599章），所有參加者和主持人都必須在活動前需掃瞄「安心出行」流動應用程式、符合「疫苗通行證」措施的相關要求，及接受體溫量度。如果不符合相關要求（獲豁免情況除外，詳情見「疫苗通行證」實施安排），或體溫為攝氏37.5度或以上，將不獲進入課室。

6. 所有參加者和主持人必須於活動開始前正確潔手，並使用酒精消毒搓手液清潔雙手。所有參加者和主持人在店舖內必須佩戴口罩 (除了鑑賞環節)。如果參加者拒絕配合，主持人會勸喻該名參加者立即離開。

7. 每節課堂前，所有桌椅和所需用具都會用清潔劑消毒。

8. 本公司不接受任何個人理由的延期及退款要求，包括（但不限於）生病、受傷等，亦不可由其他參加者代替出席有關活動。參加者於付款前有責任參閱此條款，並自行理解及承擔有關風險。一旦成功付款後，所有報名不設更改，及款項不設退回。

9. 如遇颱風(八號風球或以上)或黑色暴雨訊號懸掛，當日的主題工作坊或店舖導賞團活動將延期或取消安排，但有關已付款項不設退款，一切以活動前2小時通知為準。若活動進行期間，以上提及之惡劣天氣警報生效，本公司將會在可行情況下安排參加者立即到安全地方暫避或提早終結活動，但不會再安排退款及補辦。如活動當日天氣欠佳但未有以上惡劣天氣警報，本公司會視乎活動的受影響程度而判斷活動是否可以繼續進行，以活動前2小時通知為準。如參加者因主觀因素自行放棄活動，將不設延期及退款。一般情況下，如當日之有關活動開始時間為颱風或黑色暴雨訊號除下4小時後，活動將會照常舉行，但需視乎訊號除下時間而定。

10. 有關疫情下安排，若受政府之限聚令或相關規例限制而不能如期舉行活動，本公司將會因應其實際情況，有機會作出延期或取消安排，但有關已付款項不設退款。

11. 此禮遇不能兌換成現金或其他產品，或轉讓給他人。圖片只供參考。

12. 參加者如有任何食物敏感，請自行評估是否適合參與相關工作坊，或於報名前致電諮詢有關食材以作參考，並於報名時告知本公司相關食物敏感狀況。若參加者於活動期間或活動後出現任何食物敏感症狀，City Super Limited 恕不負責。

13. City Super Limited 對因技術問題造成的延誤不承擔任何責任，包括但不限於任何電腦或互聯網網絡問題。

14. City Super Limited 保留一切更改主題活動的時間、內容及導師之權利。活動所使用的材料或會因特別情況而更改，恕不作另行通知。 

super e-gold感謝禮品換領

1. super e-gold members can get a free box of city’super Hot Chocolate Bomb with Almond Chocolate Crunch (3 pcs), while stocks last. This offer can be redeemed once only upon presenting a valid super e-gold membership at city’super or LOG-ON stores during the event days (from 6 - 10 December 2022). Products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Photos are for reference only.

2. 參加者如有任何食物敏感，請自行評估是否適合參與相關活動，或於報名前致電諮詢有關食材以作參考，並於報名時告知本公司相關食物敏感狀況。若參加者於活動期間或活動後出現任何食物敏感症狀，City Super Limited 恕不負責。

super e-gold 香檳品嚐禮遇

1. super e-gold members can collect two coupons from the reception at city’super stores. Each coupon can redeem a glass of Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte, Reserve Exclusive Brut at "wine cellar” for on-site tasting. Containers bought along by members themselves will not be accepted.

2. 此禮遇券只適用於2022年12月6日至12月10日中午12:00開始使用，逾期無效。

3. 此不可兌換現金，每張禮遇券只能使用一次。

4. 影印本或損壞的禮遇券均屬無效。

冬日迎賓美饌

1. super e-gold 會員出示從接待處獲取的限時換領券及登記預約，可於預約的指定時間換領指定美饌。每位會員憑券可參與「冬日迎賓美饌」一次。

2. 所有參加者須準時到達換領地點。如參加者於活動開始10分鐘後仍未到場，將視作取消資格，並不會獲補發換領券。

3. 參加者如有任何食物敏感，請自行評估是否適合參與相關活動，或於報名前諮詢有關食材以作參考，並於報名時告知本公司相關食物敏感狀況。若學員於活動期間或活動後出現任何食物敏感症狀，City Super Limited 恕不負責。

網上商店消費限定電子優惠券禮遇

賺取網上商店應用程式電子優惠券：

1. city’super E-Shop eCoupon: Members can earn one HK$50 E-Shop app eCoupon upon single net spending of HK$1,200; or one HK$100 E-Shop app eCoupon upon single net spending of HK$1,800; or two HK$100 E-Shop app eCoupon upon single net spending of HK$3,500 at city’super E-Shop, either E-Shop website (https://online.citysuper.com.hk) or app, during 6-10 December 2022 (exclude delivery fee).

2. LOG-ON E-Shop eCoupon: Members can earn one HK$50 E-Shop app eCoupon upon single net spending of HK$600; or one HK$100 E-Shop app eCoupon upon single net spending of HK$900; or two HK$100 E-Shop app eCoupon upon single net spending of HK$1,600 at LOG-ON E-Shop, either E-Shop website (https://logon.com.hk) or app, during 6-10 December 2022 (exclude delivery fee).

3. This offer is not applicable to other city’super and LOG-ON E-Shop, including but not limited to Partyset (https://partyset.citysuper.com.hk), Hamper (https://hamper.citysuper.com.hk), Pre-order Page (https://preorder.citysuper.com.hk), Sweet Concept (https://cake.citysuper.com.hk), etc.

4. Spending from city’super and LOG-ON, and from E-Shop website and app cannot be combined. Each transaction can only enjoy the offer once. Each member can enjoy the offer in maximum of 3 transactions within the campaign period.

8. 如取消交易或進行購物退款，因該次消費而獲得的獎賞積分及網上商店電子優惠券將會自動扣除，包括因特定推廣計劃而獲得之額外獎賞積分及累積消費。

9. City Super Limited有權隨時修改條款而不作另行通知。如有爭議，最終將以City Super Limited之決定為準。

使用網上商店流動應用程式電子優惠券：

1. city’super E-Shop eCoupon can only be used at city'super E-Shop App in Hong Kong (not applicable for E-Shop website (https://online.citysuper.com.hk)).

2. LOG-ON E-Shop eCoupon can only be used at LOG-ON E-Shop App in Hong Kong (not applicable for website (https://logon.com.hk)).

3. 此網上商店電子優惠券須於2022年12月16 日至2023年1月31日期間使用，每網上商店電子優惠券只限使用一次，逾期或已失效的電子優惠券將不獲補發。

4. 港幣$50應用程式電子優惠券︰於網上商店手機應用程式消費淨值滿港幣$200元，即可使用此網上商店電子優惠券一張。每次交易只可使用1張網上商店電子優惠券。恕不接受合併收據。使用時會一次性扣減券內總值，餘額不作找續或退還。歡迎到網上商店查閱更多使用詳情。

This E-Shop eCoupon cannot be used for the purchase of baby formula, cigarettes, Nintendo products, PlayStation® products, food and beverage items at the AMAZING FOOD HALL at city’super Times Square store, sweets house Cha Cha Gift Vouchers, gift / shopping vouchers, purchase or top up of city'super Gift Cards, delivery charges, gift wrapping charges, transactions using prepaid cards or stored value cards, reloads, top ups, recharging, value-added service, or in conjunction with any other promotion or coupons.

1. Promotion is only applicable to designated counters at city’super stores from 6 (Tue) - 10 (Sat) Dec 2022.

2. 所有會員日購物禮遇不可與已折扣貨品，指定貨品或專櫃， super e-gold 卡全年即時折扣優惠及其他推廣優惠/優惠券同時使用。禮遇逾期無效及恕不接受追溯申請。

3. 貨品數量有限，售完即止。

2. 於2022年12月6日，super e-gold可於LOG-ON代廣場店出示有效的會員卡，自選一張由ditto ditto 設計之聖誕卡，及體驗活版印刷趣。於2022年12月7 - 8日期間， super e-gold 及 super e 會員於LOG-ON代廣場店出示有效的會員卡，可自選一張由ditto ditto 設計之聖誕卡，及體驗活版印刷趣。數量有限，先到先得，換完即止。 每位會員只限換領乙次。

Winterfest 會員購物日

1. super e-gold 會員可於2022年12月6至10日尊享 Winterfest 尊享優惠，super e會員則可於2022年12月7至10日尊享有關優惠。會員優惠逾期無效及恕不接受追溯申請。

2. 顧客須出示有效的super e 會員卡以享受 Winterfest 的尊享會員優惠。會員卡不可轉讓他人使用。

3. 所有Winter Fest 之會員優惠不可兌換現金或其他產品。圖片只供參考。

4. 如取消交易或進行購物退款，因該次消費而獲得的獎賞積分、累積消費及現金獎賞電子禮券將會自動扣除，包括因特定推廣計劃 (如雙倍/三倍獎賞積分)而獲得之額外獎賞積分及現金獎賞電子禮券。

6. New member welcome offer is applicable to new super e members enrolled during 19 November to 4 December 2022 (excluding new enrolment of super e-gold or VIP member). This promotion is not applicable in conjunction with other promotion. A HK$50 Reward eCoupon will be added to the new membership accounts on 5 December 2022 upon successful registered. The eCoupon can be used upon single net spending of HK$200 at city'super, LOG-ON or cookedDeli physical stores during Winterfest from 7 - 10 December 2022. Only one eCoupon can be used each transaction. Combined receipts will not be accepted. Overdue or expired eCoupons will not be accepted. No retrospective arrangement will be accepted. The eCoupon is not applicable to E-Shops or at self-checkout counters. The eCoupon cannot be used for the purchase of city'super Gift Cards, Shopping Vouchers, stored value top-up, delivery charges and gift wrapping charges, or in conjunction with any other promotion or coupons. The eCoupon cannot be redeemed as cash or other vouchers. The total value of an eCoupon will be deducted in full when used. Any unused balance will be forfeited. The eCoupon is non-transferable and must be used together with a valid physical or electronic membership card for verification.
