缺貨和替代貨品

• city’super shall make every effort to ensure products displayed on the E-Shop are in stock. If a product runs out of stock, city’super reserves the right to offer a substitution or refund to the customer.
• city’super shall make every effort to provide customers with a substitute product of similar value and style. city’super shall notify customers of unavailable products and their substitutes by phone or email before delivery.
• Customers have the right to reject any substitutes offered. city’super will refund the amount that customers have been charged for that product.
• 如果顧客同意允許替代貨品，顧客的訂單的最終價值可能會因替代相似貨品而受到影響。city’super將收取客戶訂單被執拾時適用的價格。
• All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and city’super reserves the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.

退款政策

• 已出售的產品不設退款或退換。
• 如發現貨品有任何損毀，請於3 天內致電 +852 2429 8588 通知 City Super Limited 顧客服務專員， City Super Limited貨品在原有包裝的情況下City Super Limited可安排更換貨品，請保留有關收據以作換貨用途。
• City Super Limited 保留修訂有關條款及細則之權利。如有任何爭議，將以City Super Limited 最終決定為準。
