• Okayama Shine Muscat grapes is the “top rank” among the Muscat family of grapes. 
• “One branch one bunch” method is adopted to grow the Shine Muscat, so the remaining bunch will absorb the maximum nutrients. Each bunch of grapes will be wrapped with paper to prevent damage from insects.  
• It has a high sugar content of level 18 or above and without acidity. It has edible, crispy and thin skin, its flesh is seedless, firm , crunchy and juicy.
