酒莊由83塊葡萄園地塊組成，橫跨瑪歌產區的四座村莊：Cantenac, Soussans, Margaux & Arsac.

這些地塊經獨立釀造後，孕育出三款特釀——「Les Plantes」, 「Le Plateau」和「Le Hameau」，共同構成「Les Parcelles De Durfort-Vivens」。每款特釀皆展現酒莊基因的不同面向：「Les Plantes」彰顯清新活力，「Le Plateau」蘊藏雄渾力量，「Le Hameau」則體現優雅風範。
