- Free application for super e membership upon filling in online form at eShop or social media pages of city'super or LOG-ON, or visiting our physical stores. An administration fee of HK$40 will apply if a super e member requests for a physical card.
- One HK$10 eCoupon can be used for each HK$30 spent at city'super, LOG-ON stores, two HK$10 eCoupons for each HK$60 spent, and so on. Combined receipts will not be accepted. Reward eCoupons are automatically issued by the system the following day based on the spending record. The total value of an eCoupon will be deducted in full when used. Any unused points balance will be forfeited. Valid for 60 days; any expired or invalid eCoupons will not be re-issued. Terms and conditions apply.
- A super e-gold member can redeem eCoupon(s) in different values with their accumulated loyalty point anytime during the valid anniversary year. The Reward eCoupon redemption is available on super e-gold exclusive redemption website while stocks last. The points balance will be reset to zero upon reaching anniversary date and no redemption arrangement can be made with fewer points than the minimum of 15,000. Any unused points balance, expired or invalid points will be forfeited and will not be re-issued.

- A super e-gold member can present the super e-gold card face (either the physical card or the electronic card on the “city'super HK” mobile app) and card number to SIDEFAME GROUP shop staff to enjoy the offer. This offer is applicable to regular-priced items only. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with brand VIP discount/offers or other promotional offers. In case of dispute, the decision of SIDEFAME GROUP shall be final.

- Free home delivery service is available for e-gold and super e members upon net spending of HK$400 and HK$800 respectively. For orders worth less, a HK$100 delivery charge will be levied. An extra HK$100 will be charged for re-delivery arrangements.
