A new type of yakiniku BBQ sauce made with Setouchi lemons and extra virgin olive oil. The flavour is refreshing yet rich, with the acidity of lemons—grown under the Setouchi sun and sea breeze—gently mellowed by olive oil.

It also features double-brewed soy sauce for depth, together with rich dark soy sauce for lingering umami. Made without chemical seasonings, the sauce has a clean aftertaste. Instead of garlic, ginger is added as a subtle accent.
