購物禮遇

1. Shopping privileges are not applicable to wine miniatures, discounted or specified items/counters. Purchases of city'super Gift Card or Shopping Voucher, stored value top-up, delivery charge and gift wrapping charge are not eligible transactions. Please refer to instore price tags and promotional materials.

2. Super e-gold 會員禮遇適用於香港各門市分店。所有super e 會員將可於12月5及6日店舖營業時間內享受會員禮遇。兩倍/三倍獎賞積分將以折實價之淨值計算，最快於 36 小時內自動存入相關會籍內。不可與其他折扣優惠同時使用。

3. super e-gold members can redeem one Borosilicate Glass Bottle (Red or Green); each limited to 1,300 units, while stocks last. This offer can be redeemed once only upon presentation of valid membership card at city'super or LOG-ON stores (except HK International Airport pop-up store) during the event period. Products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Photos are for reference only.

4. Limited to 20 sets of Premium Yakumiku Set, 40 sets of Premium Seafood Tower, 6 sets of Premium Sake Enjoyment Set for all city'super stores, first come first served, while stocks last. Products are non-refundable and exchangeable. Photos are for reference only.

5. super e-gold members should collect in person the pre-ordered items on the specified date at the designated city'super stores. Please contact store staff for details.

主題工作坊

6. super e-gold members can enrol online for the complimentary workshops held at superlife culture club. Limited seats, registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis. Number of seats vary across workshops, please refer to the registration page for details.

7. 我們將核實所有會員登記資料，一經確認無誤，系統將於不多於五天內發送確認電郵以示會員成功登記主題工作坊。已登記的super e-gold 會員參加工作坊時必須出示有效會員卡及確認電郵。

8. Each super e-gold member can register for one workshop only in superlife culture club, and can bring ONE guest along to participate. Guests must attend the workshop together with the registered members. Registered members should arrive 10 minutes before the workshop starts.

9. City Super Limited 保留一切更改主題工作坊的時間、內容及導師之權利。工作坊所使用的材料或會因特別情況而更改，恕不作另行通知。

10. Workshops will be postponed or cancelled if the Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is announced. Whenever feasible, all workshops held at superlife culture club will resume as normal four hours after the signal is cancelled, depending on the time of the announcement.

11. super e-gold members can get a free Christmas ornament with your own messages and selected colorful ribbons by presenting a valid membership card and a valid same-day receipt (city’super/ LOG-ON/ cookedDeli) at LOG-ON Festival Walk store while stocks last.

12. super e members can get a free Letterpress Christmas card with 3 styles for your selection by presenting a valid membership card and a valid same-day receipt (city’super/ LOG-ON/ cookedDeli) at LOG-ON Fashion Walk store while stocks last.

Winterfest 2018

13. Winterfest 2018 super e-gold 會員尊享日於12月4日店舖營業時間內開始。所有super e 會員可於12月5及6日店舖營業時間內享受會員禮遇。會員禮遇逾期無效及恕不接受追溯申請。

14. To enjoy the privileges, simply present your valid super e membership card or city'super Private Label Card / CODE Card during Winterfest 2018. Membership cannot be transferred.

15. 部份活動、產品或食品品嚐只於指定店舖提供。

16. Premium Honey Workshop will be held in superlife culture club at Harbour City store and Times Square store on 5 Dec and 6 Dec respectively from 19:30 to 20:30.

17. Cooking Demonstration will be held in superlife culture club at Harbour City store and Times Square store on 5 Dec and 6 Dec respectively from 17:00 to 18:00.

18. New member registration will be suspended during Winterfest 2018. Members can apply for super e membership on or after 6 Dec 2018 by presenting a maximum of 3 valid sales receipts issued by city'super, LOG-ON or cookedDeli stores in Hong Kong with a total net spending of HK$600 or above within 30 days.

19. 如取消交易或進行購物退款，因該次消費而獲得的獎賞積分、累積消費及現金獎賞電子禮券將會自動扣除，包括因特定推廣計劃(如兩倍/三倍獎賞積分)而獲得之額外獎賞積分及現金獎賞電子禮券。

20. City Super Limited 有權隨時修改此活動任何使用條款而不作另行通知。如有爭議，將以 City Super Limited 之最終決定為準。

Priority Delivery Service

21. Same day delivery service is now available at all city’super stores from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) exclusively for super e-gold members upon net spending of HK$300 or above.

22. Same day delivery service of each city’super store is only available in surrounding area and subject to quota of the day. Please contact our Customer Service Counter for more details.

23. 如未能成功送貨，我們將於翌日聯絡閣下安排再次送貨，再次送貨服務收費為港幣60元。
