The highly anticipated French handcrafted biscuit brand La Sablésienne has landed at city'super Harbour City store! If you are a biscuit fanatic, hurry up and get a taste of this legendary brand’s beloved, buttery delights.
La Sablésienne was established in 1962, using only the finest ingredients, fresh butter and traditional methods to make its 100% natural products that are free of preservatives, artificial colours and flavours. The brand also has an interesting history: it was said that in 1670, the Marquise de Sablé was invited to the court and brought with her plenty of small biscuits. King Louis XIV enjoyed them so much that he ordered to have the biscuits served with his breakfast every day. These biscuits were named the Sablé after the Marquise. The savoir-faire of the authentic sable has been carried on through the centuries and now perpetuated by La Sablésienne.
