Terms and Conditions

Shopping Delights

1. Shopping privileges are not applicable to discounted or specified items or counters. Purchases of city’super Gift Cards or Shopping Vouchers, stored value top-up, delivery charges and gift wrapping charges are not eligible transactions. Some of the activities, merchandise and tasting dishes are available in selected stores only. Please refer to in-store price tags and promotional materials.

2. As for super e-gold members, exclusive members’ privileges are applicable to all physical stores during business hours from 1 – 5 August 2023, and applicable to E-Shops from 10:00 on 1 August 2023 to 23:59 on 5 August 2023. As for super e members, those privileges are applicable to all physical stores during business hours from 2 – 5 August 2023, and applicable to E-Shops from 10:00 on 2 August 2023 to 23:59 on 5 August 2023.

3. The exclusive members’ privileges of Summer Fiesta cannot be used in conjunction with discounted items, specified items/counters, and other promotional offers or coupons. Expired offers will not be accepted and no retrospective arrangements will be made.


Bonus Loyalty Points

1. super e-gold members can enjoy triple loyalty points on their net spending at city’super, LOG-ON, cookedDeli and E-Shop from 1 – 5 August 2023. Nintendo and PlayStation® products are excluded.

2. super e members can enjoy double loyalty points on their net spending at city’super, LOG-ON, cookedDeli and E-Shop from 2 – 5 August 2023. Nintendo Switch and PlayStation® products are excluded.

3. super e members must present a valid membership card at physical stores or log in to their membership account at E-shops before payment in order to accumulate loyalty points and update their spending records.

4. Loyalty points and spending records will be updated within 36 hours of the purchase. Any claim of loyalty points after the transaction will not be entertained.

5. If any cancellation of transaction or arrangement of refund has been made, loyalty points earned for that transaction will be deducted automatically, including extra loyalty points earned from designated promotional offers.

6. Purchases of city’super Gift Cards or Shopping Vouchers, stored value top-up, delivery charges, plastic shopping bag charges and gift-wrapping charges are not eligible for loyalty points or accumulated spending.

7. City Super Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Event activity without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of dispute.


super e-gold Exclusive Workshops

1. super e-gold members will receive an email invitation to enroll online for the exclusive workshops held at superlife culture club at city’super Times Square store or LOG-ON ToGather @ LOG-ON Fashion Walk store. Limited places; registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis. Please refer to the registration page for details.

2. Each super e-gold member can register for one workshop only. No additional places can be reserved for members’ friends or relatives due to the limited seats. Each successful registration only reserve 1 seat for each member.

3. All member registration information will be verified. A confirmation email will be sent to members upon successful registrations.

4. To minimize the no show of reserved seats and prepared materials, all registered members who are unable to attend the registered event must notify through email on or before July 26 2023. Otherwise, 500 bonus loyalty points will be deducted from the member's membership on August 7 2023, without prior notice.

5. Eligible super e-gold members should arrive at least 10 minutes before the activity starts for on-site check in. Members are required to present a valid membership card and confirmation SMS before participation.

6. Tables, chairs and equipment will be sanitised before each class.

7. Any personal reason(s) for event postponement and refund will not be accepted, including but not limited to sickness, injuries and clash of personal schedule, and no replacement of participation will be accepted. Participant(s) has responsibility to read this statement thoroughly, understand it and bear relevant risks. Once payment is confirmed, all details of events cannot be altered and payment will not be refunded.

8. The activity will be postponed or cancelled if the Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is declared by the HK government two hours before the start time of the event, any incurred payment will not be refunded. If the above said weather warning(s) or extreme situation is/ are declared during the event, City Super Limited will help to arrange a safer shelter for participants to stay in until situation allows for event to continue. If situation does not allow, the event will end early, with no refund and event rescheduling. If the weather condition on event day is not safe or good enough for event(s) to be hosted but the HK government has not declared any of the said weather warning(s) or extreme situation, City Super Limited will judge if it is suitable for event hosting two hours before the scheduled event start time. If participant(s) decide not to join the event(s) when the event(s) is not cancelled, there will be no refund or event postponement. Whenever feasible, all workshops will resume as normal if the planned start time is 4 hours after the signal is cancelled, depending on the time of the announcement.

9. This offer cannot be redeemed for cash or other products, or transferred to others. Photos are for reference only.

10. Before application, please be aware of any potential food allergy situation. Enquiry for the food ingredients used in workshop is available for reference. Please provide the details of food allergy situation when submitting application. City Super Limited has no responsibility for any food allergy situation caused during or after the workshop.

11. City Super Limited is not responsible for any matters arising from the delay due to technical problems, including but not limited to any computer or internet network problems.

12. City Super Limited reserves the rights to make alternations to the class/event schedule, content, and instructor or guest speaker when necessary. Ingredients or materials used in the activity may change due to special circumstances without advance notice.


super e-gold Thank-you Gift Redemption

1. super e-gold members can get a free box of COOKIE VISSION Local Hand-crafted Cookies (Matcha Macadamia flavour and Epic Chocolate Hazelnut flavour), while stocks last. This offer can be redeemed once only upon presenting a valid super e-gold membership at city’super or LOG-ON stores during the event days (from 1 - 5 August 2023). Products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Photos are for reference only.

1. super e-gold members can collect two coupons from the reception at city’super stores. Each coupon can redeem a glass of Kubota Junmai Daiginjo at our VIP Sake Tasting booth at “Wine Cellar”. Containers bought along by members themselves will not be accepted.

2. The coupon is valid during 1 – 5 August 2023 from 12:00p.m. onwards.

3. The coupon cannot be redeemed for cash, and can be used once only.

4. Damaged or photocopied coupons will not be accepted.

5. City Super Limited reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions of the Event activity without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of dispute.


“Welcome Taste Delights” Privilege

1. super e-gold members can redeem a designated gourmet during the appointed timeslot by presenting a time-limited ticket collected at reception. Each member can enjoy this offer once only.

A) Available Stores: city'super @ Harbour City, Time Squares and New Town Plaza stores

Date: 1 (Tue) August 2023

Time: 2:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Start to deliver the time-limited tickets and register designated event timeslot from 10:00 a.m., on a first-come-first-served basis while places last. Coupon will be expired after this timeslot.)

2. Participants should arrive at the redemption booth at the appointed start time. If participants do not show up within 10 minutes after the appointed start time, they will be considered as cancelling the registration. No replacement coupons will be given.

1. city’super E-Shop eCoupon can only be used at city'super E-Shop App in Hong Kong (not applicable for E-Shop website (https://online.citysuper.com.hk).

2. LOG-ON E-Shop eCoupon can only be used at LOG-ON E-Shop App in Hong Kong (not applicable for website (https://logon.com.hk).

3. This E-Shop eCoupon is valid from 14 August 2023 – 30 September 2023. Each eCoupon can be used once only. Any expired or invalid eCoupons will be forfeited and will not be re-issued.

4. HK$50 E-Shop App eCoupon: this E-Shop eCoupon is applicable to net spending of HK$200 at E-Shop app. Combined receipts will not be accepted. The total value of eCoupon will be deducted in full when used. Any unused balance will be forfeited. Only 1 E-Shop eCoupon can be used in each transaction. 7. 8. Physical Store Shopping Voucher: Physical store shopping voucher can only be used at city'super, LOG-ON and cookedDeli (public cashier) stores in Hong Kong on or before the expiry date. For details of the usage, please refer to the back of the shopping voucher.

1. super e-gold members can enjoy Summer Fiesta exclusive members’ privileges from 1 - 5 August 2023; while super e members can enjoy the offers from 2 - 5 August 2023. Expired offers will not be accepted and no retrospective arrangements will be made.

2. To enjoy the exclusive members’ privileges, customers shall present a valid super e membership card during Summer Fiesta. Membership cannot be transferred.

3. The Summer Fiesta shopping offers cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged to other products. Photos are for reference only.

4.
