1. Stamp issuance period: From 1 (Sat) Jun 2024 to 1 (Wed) Jul 2024;
2. Gift redemption period: From 1 (Sat) Jun 2024 to 1 (Thu) Aug 2024.
3. This stamp card applies to the RF1 counters only.
4. With each purchase and presentation of this stamps card along with the receipt of the day, customer will receive a complimentary 50g of designated salad.
5. Upon $95 net purchase at RF1 counter can get 1 stamp
6. It is required to personally visit the RF1 counter to redeem stamps and the gifts.
7. The stamp card will be collected when the gift is redeemed.
8. Stamps must be redeemed on the same day, no retrospective arrangement will be made.
9. All stamps must be collected on the same card for redemption. Combined use of stamp cards will not be accepted.
10. This stamp card cannot be refunded, or redeemed for cash or exchange, and cannot be used in conjunction with super e-gold year-round discount, Member Reward eCoupon, or other promotional offers or coupons.
11. Damaged, defaced, or photocopied stamp cards will not be accepted.
12. Paid upgrades are not permitted on this stamp card. The offer is valid while stock lasts. All redemptions will depend on the stock supply, RF1 reserves the right to offer an alternative gift as a replacement.
13. City Super Limited will not be liable for the loss, theft, damage, or misuse of any issued stamp cards. The cardholder shall be solely responsible for all liabilities.
14. City Super Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of dispute.
