Terms and conditions

city'super HK$30 coupon

  1. The coupon is only applicable at city'super and city'super neighbourhood stores from 21 (Wed) Jan - 25 (Wed) Feb 2026.
  2. During the promotion period, present the coupon at the cashier to enjoy HK$30 off on regular-priced items for single net purchases of HK$500 or more at designated physical stores.
  3. The coupon is not applicable to purchases of discounted items, selected products or counters, baby formula or city'super gift/shopping vouchers, purchase or top-up of city'super Gift Cards, paper shopping bags, ice-gel packs, delivery charges, gift wrapping charges, transactions using prepaid cards or stored value cards, reloads, top-ups, recharging or value-add service, or at any self-checkout counter.
  4. The coupon cannot be redeemed in the same transaction in which it is received. Customers will need to use it on their next purchase.
  5. Each eligible coupon can be used once only, and only one coupon can be used per transaction.
  6. The coupon must be presented to the cashier before payment to enjoy the offer. No retrospective arrangement will be made.
  7. This coupon cannot be used in conjunction with super e-gold year-round discount, member reward eCoupons or other promotional offers or coupons.
  8. Duplicate, photocopied or damaged coupons will not be accepted.
  9. The coupon is non-refundable and cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash/shopping vouchers/other vouchers/merchandise or exchanged.
  10. City Super Limited will not be liable for the loss, theft, damage and misuse of any issued coupon. The coupon holder shall be solely responsible for all liabilities.
  11. City Super Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the coupons without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of dispute.

LOG-ON HK$30 coupon

  1. Coupons are not applicable to fixed price and specified items or counters; and cannot be used for the purchase of Nintendo products, PlayStation® products, gift / shopping vouchers, purchase or top up of city'super Gift Cards, charges on plastic shopping bags, delivery charges, gift wrapping charges, transactions using prepaid cards or stored value cards, reloads, top ups, recharging, value-added service, or in conjunction with any other promotion or coupons.
  2. This coupon cannot be used in conjunction with super e-gold year-round discount, member reward eCoupons or other promotional offers or coupons, and can be used once only.
  3. The original coupon must be presented before payment.
  4. Only applicable at LOG-ON Stores. Offer is not applicable to discounted items and LOG-ON E-Shop.
  5. City Super Limited will not be liable for the loss, theft, damage and misuse of any issued coupon. The coupon holder shall be solely responsible for all liabilities.
