Ingredients (for 4)

  • Matsutake 4pc
  • Tempura powder
  • Ice Water
  • Tempura dipping sauce
  • White radish puree
  • Salt

Steps

  1. Mix tempura power and water.
  2. Slightly marinate matsutake and salt, then dip matsutake into the batter and fry it until golden.
  3. Enjoy matsutake tempura with tempura dipping sauce and white radish.
