1. This offer is only applicable to the city’super E-Shop website (https://online.citysuper.com.hk) and mobile app. It is not applicable to physical stores or other city’super online shopping platforms (including but not limited to the Hamper Page, Pre-order Page, city’super neighbourhood, etc.).
2. The offer period is valid from 17 July 2026. Expired offers will not be accepted and no retrospective arrangements will be made. super e members can enjoy 15% off when shopping on the E-Shop during the offer period (excluding delivery fees and selected products).
3. This offer is not applicable to selected brands and products (including but not limited to: ROYCE', Keishindo, Fukusaya, FRUTTI NUTTI, Healthy Life, all mooncake vouchers and eVouchers, consignment products etc). super e members must log in to their membership account at E-Shop before payment in order to enjoy this privilege. The discount will be automatically applied to eligible products and reflected at checkout. Discounts will be automatically applied at checkout and are calculated based on the original price.
4. super e and super e-gold members can earn loyalty points for the net purchase amount, excluding delivery charges.
5. super e and super e-gold members are required to log in at the city’super E-Shop to earn loyalty points and accumulate spending. No retrospective arrangements will be made.
6. This offer cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products/shopping vouchers, or transferred to a third party.
7. This offer is not applicable to purchases of city’super Gift Cards, Shopping Vouchers, stored value top-up, delivery charges, workshop or event registration, pre-order products and selected products.
8. Cancelled transactions or refunds will result in the automatic deduction of loyalty points and accumulated spending from the purchase, including any extra loyalty points and accumulated spending earned from specific promotions. The discount will not be returned.
9. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with super e-gold year-round discount, member reward eCoupons, or other promotional offer, vouchers and coupons.

11. City Super Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of dispute.
