Spring Fest 2026 Member Shopping Days - Terms and Conditions

Shopping Delights

  1. Shopping privileges are not applicable to discounted or specified items or counters. Purchases of city’super Gift Cards or Shopping Vouchers, stored value top-up, delivery charges and gift-wrapping charges are not regarded as relevant transactions. Please refer to in-store price tags and promotional materials for more details.
  2. As for super e-gold members, exclusive members’ privileges are applicable to all physical stores during business hours from 3 – 7 March 2026, and applicable to E-Shops from 10:00 on 3 March 2026 to 23:59 on 7 March 2026. As for super e members, those privileges are applicable to all physical stores during business hours from 4 – 7 March 2026, and applicable to E-Shops from 10:00 on 4 March 2026 to 23:59 on 7 March 2026.
  3. The exclusive members’ privileges of Spring Fest cannot be used in conjunction with discounted items, specified items/counters, and other promotional offers or coupons. Expired offers will not be accepted, and no retrospective arrangements will be made.

Bonus Loyalty Points

  1. super e-gold members can enjoy triple loyalty points on their net spending at city’super, LOG-ON and E-Shop from 3 – 7 March 2026. Nintendo and PlayStation® products are excluded.
  2. super e members can enjoy double loyalty points on their net spending at city’super, LOG-ON and E-Shop from 4 – 7 March 2026. Nintendo Switch and PlayStation® products are excluded.
  3. super e members must present a valid membership card at physical stores or log in to their membership account at E-Shops before payment in order to accumulate loyalty points and update their spending records.
  4. Loyalty points and spending records will be updated within 36 hours of the purchase. Any claim of loyalty points after the transaction will not be entertained.
  5. If any cancellation of transaction or arrangement of refund has been made, loyalty points earned for that transaction will be deducted automatically, including extra loyalty points earned from designated promotional offers.
  6. Purchases of city’super Gift Cards or Shopping Vouchers, stored value top-up, delivery charges, plastic shopping bag charges and gift-wrapping charges are not eligible for loyalty points or accumulated spending.

Extra Reward

  1. This offer is applicable to members' purchase upon single net purchase of HK$2,000 or more at all city’super and LOG-ON physical stores, restaurants and counters during 3 – 7 March 2026. A HK$200 Reward eCoupon will be added to eligible membership account on 31 March 2026 and could be used upon a single net spending of HK$700 during 1 - 30 April 2026 at all city’super and LOG-ON physical stores. The eCoupon is not applicable to E-Shops and all self-checkout counters.
  2. The offer is not applicable to the purchase of the discounted products, pre-order products, baby formula, cigarettes, Nintendo products, PlayStation® products, sweets house Cha Cha Gift Vouchers, gift / shopping vouchers, purchase or top up of city’super Gift Cards, shopping bag charges, delivery charges, gift wrapping charges, transactions using prepaid cards or stored value cards, reloads, top ups, recharging, value-added service, or in conjunction with any other promotion or coupons.

    Usage of E-Shop eCoupon:

  2. LOG-ON E-Shop eCoupon can only be used at LOG-ON E-Shop website in Hong Kong.
  3. This E-Shop eCoupon is valid from 13 March 2026 – 12 April 2026. Each eCoupon can be used once only. Only one eCoupon can be used per transaction. Any expired or invalid eCoupons will be forfeited and will not be re-issued.
  4. HK$50 LOG-ON E-Shop eCoupon: this E-Shop eCoupon is applicable to net spending of HK$250 at LOG-ON E-Shop website. Combined receipts will not be accepted. The total value of eCoupon will be deducted in full when used. Any unused balance will be forfeited. Only 1 E-Shop eCoupon can be used in each transaction.   5. HK$50 city’super E-Shop eCoupon: this E-Shop eCoupon is applicable to net spending of HK$250 at city’super E-Shop website and E-Shop app. Combined receipts will not be accepted.   6. Each member account could at most entitle 5 pcs of E-Shop eCoupon upon designated single net spending at E-Shop.

  8.
