1. This Game is organised by City Super Limited under the name of city'super.

2. Eligible participants must be Hong Kong permanent residents and aged 18 or above, and fulfil all the requirements listed in “How to play” below. Otherwise participants are deemed disqualified without prior notice and have no right of appeal.

3. Answer the question posted via Instagram Stories

3. The Game consists of 7 questions. One question is posted per day via Instagram Stories on city’super Instagram account (@citysuperhk) between 4 (Thur) – 10 (Wed) November 2021 (both days inclusive). All participants must complete all the Game requirements while the Instagram Stories is active. In regards to the responses received and times of receipt, the time displayed by Instagram’s system shall prevail. Late entries will not be accepted.

4. Each Instagram account can only participate in answering each question once. If multiple answers are received, only the first answer submitted will be accepted.

5. city'super will select the most impressive answers from eligible participants, with 5 winners per question. Each winner is entitled to received HK$500 city’super Shopping Vouchers. city'super reserves the right of final decision on Game arrangement and selection of winners.

6. Winners will be announced on city’super Instagram account (@citysuperhk) on 22 (Mon) November 2021.

7. Winners will be notified by city’super via Instagram inbox with details of prize collection. All prize winners are required to collect the prize at designated place and time by presenting the prize notification message.

8. If the information provided by the participant is slandering, abusive, profane, offensive, obscene, intimidating, harassing, of advertising nature, political, illegal; is invasive or violates any patent or third-party interest; is dishonest or plagiarised; or is submitted using an empty or fake account, city’super reserves the right to remove related information, disqualify the participant without prior notice and take legal action; the participant shall not have the right of appeal.

9. city'super reserves the right to replace the original prizes with other prizes without prior notice.

10. Prizes cannot be exchanged, returned or reimbursed with cash. city’super is not liable for any loss suffered during usage of the prizes, or any disputes between the users and suppliers.

11. Participation in the Game is on a voluntary basis. Participants will be deemed to have read and agreed to be bounded by these Terms and Conditions. city'super will be exempted from all legal liabilities and compensation caused by this activity or reward.

12. Personal data will be collected by city’super during this Game, for purposes including but not limited to communication with the participant; and result announcement and prize collection arrangements.

13. Employees and family members of employees of city’super are not eligible to participate in the Game, or else will be disqualified.

14. city’super reserves the right of final decision and may terminate the Game or change any Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

15. In case of any disputes, city’super reserves the right of final decision.
