In light of the worsening COVID-19 outbreak, in order to minimise the risk of contracting and spreading infection, from 21 Jul 2020, below arrangements will be implemented for delivery service to residential address:
- Driver will pre-call customer before arrival, and invite customer to receive and sign for the parcel at the lobby or the ground floor of the building.
- In case customer is not convenient / unavailable to come to the lobby or the ground floor, upon customer’s request and consent, driver will leave the parcel at the management office. However in such case, we will not be able to provide any proof of delivery.
