• The delivery time shown is an estimate only, and the actual delivery time may vary due to factors beyond our and/or the logistics provider's control (such as product quantity, distance, peak hours, weather, traffic conditions, etc.)
• Unless otherwise stated, delivery of products ("Products") will be handled by a third party supplier ("Logistics Provider") and your information will be provided to the Logistics Provider to arrange delivery
• If the delivery location is a commercial building/club/yacht club/club, etc., please communicate with the reception desk in advance about the arrival time of the order and the delivery person information to avoid the reception desk refusing to accept the order. The delivery person has the right to no waiting
• Guests need to ensure that there is someone to receive the goods during the delivery time. (3) If the food is withdrawn to the merchant, city'super has the right to charge shipping costs to the customer, and the merchant will not make any compensation or re-make the food.
• If the delivery location is a paid parking lot, the driver has the right not to enter the parking lot and also reserves the right to ask you to pick up the goods at a nearby location
• Notes on "Ground Delivery":
• The delivery driver will not enter the lobby during delivery. The delivery location will be where the vehicle can be parked. The driver will contact you when he approaches the delivery location. If parking is not possible, the driver has the right to ask the customer to pick up the goods near the nearest available parking location.
• After-sales/pickup precautions:
• Please check all received products for damage or other quality issues when picking up the goods
• The merchant strives to provide you with high-quality products, and due to the perishable nature of some products, the merchant may replace the relevant products from time to time. This should not be regarded as a damage/quality issue
• You are solely responsible for the proper and safe cleaning, handling, preparation, storage, cooking, use and consumption of products/items and we strongly recommend strict compliance with all cooking instructions to ensure that all meat, poultry, seafood and other Applicable products, failure to follow safe food handling practices and recommendations may increase the risk of food poisoning

• After placing an order, you can WhatsApp the merchant to present a printed copy of the voucher or present the electronic voucher via your mobile phone
• Vouchers cannot be resold to third parties
• Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits
• Orders cannot be split or combined after ordering

• city'super offers cannot be used in conjunction with other city'super coupons, other in-store promotions, offers or coupons
• If bad weather or other factors beyond our or the logistics provider's control interfere with the logistics provider's ability to deliver products/items, the merchant and/or the logistics provider will attempt to deliver as soon as reasonably possible
• No cancellations, refunds or changes to orders
• Full refunds are only available for unsuccessful or rejected orders
• If an order is canceled without reason (including deletion of items, wrong order, etc.), city'super and the merchant reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of 5% of the total order amount.
• In case of any dispute, city'super and the merchant reserve the right to make the final decision on the above terms and conditions
