Terms and Conditions

  1. Please place your orders at least 72 hours before delivery date. The daily cut-off time for orders is 12:00pm. For example:
    Case 1: If an order is placed at 12pm on 9 Feb, the earliest delivery date would be 12 Feb.
    Case 2: If an order is placed at 12:01pm on 9 Feb, the earliest delivery date would be 13 Feb.
  2. This promotion is only available on Abalone Poon Choi.
  3. Members must log in to the E-Shop webpage (https://online.citysuper.com.hk/) to enjoy the offer. Loyalty points and spending will be accumulated correspondingly. No retrospective arrangements will be made.
  4. All offers cannot be used in conjunction with eCoupons, or other promotional offers or coupons. Member reward eCoupons, promotional discounts, shopping vouchers, and other offers cannot be used for purchasing Poon Choi products.
  5. Store pick up service is not available.
  6. To maintain food quality, please enjoy the food within 2 hours of delivery.
  7. Delivery service for Poon Choi is valid until 19 (Thu) Feb 2026.
  8. Payment can be made online by Visa/ Master/ AE/ Paypal/ WeChat Pay/ AlipayHK/ Alipay/ PayMe. Full payment must be settled at the time of ordering.
  9. Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed once confirmed.
  10. In case of Black Rainstorm Warning/Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, the delivery service may be delayed or cancelled on the same day or next day: customers will be contacted to make further arrangements.
  11. Items and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  12. City Super Limited reserves the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of disputes.

Terms and Conditions
1. This offer is only applicable to the city’super E-Shop website (https://online.citysuper.com.hk) and the E-Shop app, and is not applicable to the city’super physical stores. 
2. This offer is only applicable to the purchase of designated Poon Choi and Buddha's Temptation. 
3. The offer is valid from 12 (Mon) January, 2026 to 26 (Mon) January, 2026. Expired offers will not be accepted and no retrospective arrangement will be made. Each transaction can enjoy the offer once. Each customer can receive a maximum of three E-Shop eCoupons during the entire promotion period. The eCoupon will be emailed to eligible members on 24 (Tue) February, 2026. 
4. super e and super e-gold members can earn loyalty points for the net purchase amount, excluding delivery charges. 
5. super e and super e-gold members are required to log in at the city’super E-Shop to earn loyalty points and accumulate spending. No retrospective arrangements will be made. 
6. This offer cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products/shopping vouchers, or transferred to a third party. Photos are for reference only. 
7. Cancelled transactions or refunds will result in the automatic deduction of loyalty points and accumulated spending from the purchase, including any extra loyalty points and accumulated spending earned from specific promotions. 
8. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with super e-gold year-round discount, member reward eCoupons, or other promotional offers or coupons. 
9. Limited quantity available, while stocks last. 
10. City Super Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of dispute. 

Usage of E-Shop eCoupon

1. The E-Shop eCoupon can only be used at city'super E-Shop website (https://online.citysuper.com.hk) and app, and is not applicable to the city’super physical stores. 
2. This E-Shop eCoupon is valid from 24 (Tue) February, 2026 to 23 (Mon) March, 2026. Each eCoupon can be used once only. Any expired or invalid eCoupons will be forfeited and will not be re-issued. 
3. HK$50 E-Shop eCoupon: this E-Shop eCoupon is applicable to net spending of HK$250 at E-Shop. Combined receipts will not be accepted. The total value of eCoupon will be deducted in full when used. Any unused balance will be forfeited. Only one E-Shop eCoupon can be used in each transaction. 
4. This E-Shop eCoupon cannot be used in conjunction with super e-gold card year-round discount, other member reward eCoupons, promotional offers or coupons, and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products. 
5. This E-Shop eCoupon cannot be used for the purchase of selected counters/products, ROYCE’ products, pre-ordering items, event registration, baby formula, cigarettes, Nintendo products, PlayStation® products, sweets house Cha Cha Gift Vouchers, gift / shopping vouchers, purchase or top up of city'super Gift Cards, delivery charges, gift wrapping charges, transactions using prepaid cards or stored value cards, reloads, top ups, recharging, value-added service, or in conjunction with any other promotion or coupons. 
6. Cancelled transactions or refunds will result in the automatic deduction of loyalty points and E-Shop eCoupons from the purchase, including any extra loyalty points and accumulated spending earned from specific promotions. 
7. City Super Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Event activity without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of dispute.
