- Dashijie has published extensively on the benefits of this aged citrus and also launched the Aged Tangerine Peel Meat Sausage.
Dashijie has generously dipped into her personal reserve of 20-year-old dried tangerine peels from the Xin Hui District of Jiangmen, in order to share this potent treasure with us.
- Not only is this particular variety of aged tangerine peel preciously costly it is at the same time an extraordinarily rare find.
